Right, I do have a writers block. Jep. More stories later :D

So long ago that I've been here. In that time, autumn already has come, and the weather sucks most of the time. But today I have to say that it ís nice weather. I've been on a exchange 3 weeks ago, to Italy. Superb! It's special to get to know habits of other countries and families. After the exchange I went to Denmark for a week, on holiday this time. So I didn't really do anything at all.
Tonight the kids are on the street, because in Holland we have a kind of fest that's like Halloween. But the children don't dress up, instead they made a kind of lighthood themselves and they ring the bell and sing a song for you. Than they get candy. Not at our house, you have to sing 2 songs, because I need some entertainment.

Zomerkamp 2006

Nou zomerkamp 2006 zit er alweer op. Zo'n week vliegt voorbij als je het leuk hebt. Zoals de Engelsen altijd zeggen: time flies when you're having fun. Maar ik zal een kleine samenvatting geven van ons zomerkamp, zodat jullie volgende week nog steeds weten wat we ook alweer gedaan hadden. Nou vertel ik wel het meeste over de R&S, omdat ik zelf bij deze speltak zit.

Het begon dus op een zaterdagmiddag, we kwamen aan op een groen veldje met hier en daar wat tenten en ander spul en ook nog een toiletgebouw. 's Avonds was het meeste al opgebouwd, en daarbij was ZK 2006 te Dronten officieel geopend.

Alle speltakken hadden weer een ander thema. Van jong naar oud: de 'Welpen & Kabouters' (7 tot 11 jaar) hadden het thema 'Records', waarbij het ging om zoveel mogelijk te records te verbreken in een week. Daarbij kwamen de meest rare records bij kijken. Bijvoorbeeld: zoveel mogelijk woorden met een 'k', met een medicijnbal zo ver mogelijk gooien, het-meeste-gewicht-op-een-ballon-record, het vaakst touwtje springen en ga zo maar door.

De 'Verkenners & Padvindsters' (11 tot 15 jaar) hadden als thema 'Op zoek naar Atlantis'. Nou veel heb ik niet gemerkt van dit thema, waarschijnlijk gingen ze elke dag op de bodem van het meertje zoeken naar Atlantis. En alle fatsige dingen die de jongens van 12 daar roepen in de tent hoort niet echt bij het thema volgens mij. Dus ik ga gauw verder met de volgende speltak.

'Geluk, ongeluk en bijgeloof'. Zo luidde het thema van de 'Rowans & Sherpa's' (15 tot 18 jaar). Het doel van elke Rowan of Sherpa was deze week om geluksvogel van de week te worden. Dat kon je worden door spelletjes en activiteiten te winnen. Dan verdiendje je klavertjes. Die spelletjes waren erg verschillend, van kratjes lopen tot midgetgolven, als je in de top 3 zat dan had je een klavertje gewonnen. Anders ging er een klavertje af. Ook moesten we een mascotte maken die zeer kritisch bekeken werd door een 'jury' die in zijn eentje een top drie aanstelde. Ook moesten we elke avond dobbelen. Als je geluk had, dan had je een klavertje erbij, en als je pech had dan moest er een klavertje af die je soms zelfs aan een ander moest geven. Met tegenzin gul zijn zeg maar. Niet iedereens favoriete bezigheid.
Èn dan hadden we nog het moordspel. Je had tot vrijdagavond 22.00 uur de tijd om iemand van de groep te vermoorden. Soms ging het heel makkelijk, maar soms had men er ook erg moeite mee. Zo moest iemand onder een ladder doorlopen (wat niet gelukt is), er moest iemand haar schoenen op tafel zetten (ook niet gelukt), iemand moest met zijn linkerhand in de pan roeren (dat is wel gelukt), kortom soms viel het mee en soms viel het tegen. Als je iemand had vermoord dan verdiende je 15 klavertjes. Uiteindelijk had er iemand gewonnen, diegene was geluksvogel van de week en had een sleutelhanger met letterlijk een 'geluksvogel' eraan.

En dan hebben we nog 'de Stam' (18 tot ?). Zij hadden als thema 'Televisieprogramma's. Ook daar heb ik niet veel van gemerkt, alleen het 2 uur lang paalstaan heb ik mee gekregen. Maar wat dat te maken heeft met televisieprogramma's? Maar volgens mij hadden ze het daar wel erg gezellig.

De week was erg leuk. Alle speltakken gingen leuk met elkaar om, iedereen keek wel een keertje bij de ander en dan gingen we gezellig met zn allen drinken. Zo hebben we ook een spelletjesmiddag gehad, met o.a. buikglijden, met de bal overgooien, een hindernisbaan afleggen met een bordje water, hetzelfde met bekertjes water op je hoofd, en ga zo maar door. We hebben bijna de hele week mooi weer gehad, dus elke dag werd je wel natgegooid.

Ook hadden we op het midden van het terrein het nu veel besproken 'Kampkrantje'. Een groot bord waar iedereen zijn zegje kwijt kon. Zo was er een auto te koop of te ruilen voor 28 ijsjes ofzo. Aan ijsjes hadden we trouwens ook geen gebrek. Ze fungeerden zelfs als maskertjes. Veelzijdige ijsjes dus. En bier had ook niemand tekort aan. Maar dat terzijde. Al met al was het een zeer geslaagd kamp, soms wat akkefietjes, moeheid en chagerijnigheid, maar daar werd de sfeer niet minder om. En Walibi was ook geslaagd, waar we met de V&P en de R&S heen geweest zijn. Nu stop ik met typen, alles is nu wel zo ongeveer gezegd. Bedankt dat jullie de moeite hebben genomen om mijn Log te lezen, en ik zie of spreek jullie vast wel weer. Voor nu: nog een fijne vakantie! :')

Well okay, first: hi! Glad you are still reading my LJ. :) And second: I passed my exams, and my phone is doing fine :) Having lot of fun with it. But too little space. :(

It's been 2 months ago now that I've passed my exams. So glad. But my bored-meter was high. Very high. I applied too late at two supermarkets. So I thought that I would have a jobless holiday. But my luck wasn't gone, one of the supermarkets called, and 2 weeks later, now, I have a job ^^
In six days I'm going on camp, with the scouts :) Really looking forward to it. And then, a couple of appointments, and a whole lot of laziness to catch up. So. I'm tired, going to sleep now, and tomorrow a new day. A nice day. Today was nice too btw, It was very warm outside, so a friend and I tried to bake an egg on the steel plates next to our house. But it didn't work unfortunately.. Now I'm really gone! Catch you later!

Well, still 3 days to learn and then myh first exam will start. The subject is art, it's not so hard. I think that the exams are not so hard.. I'm more relaxed than stressed about it. And it's still nice weather :) Tonight I'm going to paint at the scouts-building. It's for the scouts-camp, the 2nd of June. It's called NPK (Noordelijk Pinksterkamp), there are about (my guess) 50 scout groups and you camp with them for 5 days. It's very primitive, so no shower, no toilet with flush :P, and the only warm in the evening is your coat and de fire. But it's more about making friends and having fun, than the primitive camping. I'm really looking forward to this event :) And for now, it's done. I'm going to my horsie now :p

P.S. Still waiting for my new telephone, they said it will be there on monday, but monday already past. Now it's tuesday, and no phone =.= Maybe tomorrow.. (That's what my dad said)

After a long, long winter FINALLY the spring made her entrance in the Netherlands. Finally sun, and warm days :)
But I really don't have much news to tell. Its two weeks to my exams, and than summerholidays. (H)
Oh and bummer. Still haven't got photoshop. And that leads me to my b-day. Don't ask me why :P Last sunday it was my b-day and now I'm 16 (H) Legal drinks and coctails :) The party was great :) We had a lot of fun and it was a bit late (A) 6.30 a.m. (A) But most of the people were already home by that time. But it was fun :) That's all I have to say :P hehe (A)
